INGREDIENTS: Mung Beans*, Chickpeas*, Sunflower Seeds*, Puy, Brown & Green Lentils*, Aduki Beans*. Rinse & soak 8 hours. Rinse twice daily for 2-3 days. To spice it up add 1 tsp Fenugreek seed. Once sprouted, salad is best kept refridgerated. Allergen Advice: May contain traces of Gluten.
