Essential Trading is able to offer a Contract Mixing service to our customers, mixing and blending your own recipes, selecting ingredients from any of our stock lines, or other ingredients (subject to availability).
Recipes are either tumble mixed in our 0.125 tonne tumbler, or rotation blended in our 0.25 tonne muesli mixer, both composed of 18/8 grade stainless steel. Essential Trading is registered as a processor and food packer with UKROFS (United Kingdom Register of Organic Food Standards, certificate number UKP 120044), and as such we are legally covered to handle organic ingredients, should you have an organic mix to prepare.
- We have a minimum order of 100Kg per mix (4 x 25Kg sacks, 8 x 12.5Kg etc.)
- We need two weeks notice to prepare your recipes

Own label service on all organic Essential retail packs
We can create a custom label for pre-packed commodities unique to your outlet. This label can include your logo, name, address, in fact any features you might wish to add - and what's more, it's free! There's no catch - just ask us to design a label for your approval and once you approve the design, you can start placing orders for your own private label pre-packs! One week's notice is required. Once this swift process has been approved, all your subsequent retail packs will arrive with your own logo design / address / web-links on the label.

Cash and Carry service at our warehouse
Our warehouse is open Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. You can browse our range of over 6000 products at your leisure. Cash and Carry customers can take advantage of enhanced discount rates, which increase with the size of your order. If you prefer we can collate your order for you ready for you to collect from our warehouse after 11am. To be elligible for this service please place your order by 5.30pm the day before collection.

Free next day delivery within our delivery area
If you place your order by 11 am the day prior to your established delivery day your order will be delivered by one of the Essential vehicles the following day. (Minimum order values apply).
If you place your order before 5.30 pm two days before your delivery day your order will be treated as a 'priority order'. This means your order will be picked first the day before your delivery and we can call you to advise of any out of stock items, invoice totals and to give you the opportunity to replace out of stock items if you wish.
Our priority service ensures that you receive your most complete order.

Deliveries outside of our area by arrangement
Deliveries outside of our delivery range can be arranged by independent carrier. You would be welcome to arrange for your own haulier to collect your order from our warehouse. (Minimum order values apply).

Comprehensive overseas/export service by arrangement
We are happy work with any company overseas wishing to import our products. We have been successfully exporting our products worldwide for several years now. You may be surprised at the generous discounts we can offer for high volume orders - we are willing to negotiate to get our fine products out to the world!
Depending on volumes, and the products you wish to import we can offer a variety of shipping terms.
Export documentation can be arranged by Essential although the Haulage Company being used may have legal obligations for some aspects of this. We are also able to offer an invoice translation service if required please contact us for more details.
We can seek to facilitate either parcel or pallet transport so the volume of order is not an issue.
