We offer a collection service from our large Fishponds warehouse via the following protocols.
Placing your collection order:
Please place your order online where possible, using your customer login details and stating when you wish to collect your order. You can also email email@example.com or phone us on 0117 9430800.
We would normally assemble your order on a trolley to be hand-loaded, but if you require it to be palletised, wrapped and forklifted on to a van/lorry, please let us know.
The minimum order value for collection is £100. To place an order for next-day collection, the deadline is 11:00am. This applies to the main order and any additions.
We will contact you once your order is ready to advise you of any shortages and you can make substitutes if needed. Please note that we will not be able to accept substitutes or add extras at the time of collection.
The minimum order value for collection is £300. Please allow at least 24hrs before collection. We cannot take additions after the 24hr deadline, only substitutions for out-of-stocks or shortages.
We will contact you once your order is ready to advise on any shortages. Substitutes can be made if needed.
Please note that we will not be able to accept substitutes or add extras at the time of collection. If your order is very large or if we are particularly busy, it may take a few days to process your order.
Collecting your order:
Collection time slots are only between 9:00am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. Please note that if you arrive outside of those times, we will not be able to accommodate you.
How to find us
When you arrive, please park in the customer parking spaces just after Unit 3 reception. Come to reception, let us know you are here and we will get your order for you.
You will receive an emailed stock report in advance, an emailed invoice and a printed stock report to check your order when collecting.
