Ingredients

3 Essential Hibiscus Tea bags
700ml of water
2 tbsp honey or agave syrup
2 limes, one sliced to garnish
Sparkling water (or Tonic Water or Lemonade depending on your sweet tooth!)
Ice to serve

Method

1. In a saucepan, heat the water to a low simmer and add the Essential Hibiscus Tea bags. Steep for about 3 minutes and then remove.

2. Add the honey or agave to the hot tea, stirring to dissolve. Put the tea mixture aside to cool.

3. Once cooled, fill half a glass with the tea mixture along with a squeeze of lime.

4. Just before serving, top up the glass with sparkling water (or tonic water or lemonade), ice and lime slices and give it a quick stir!
