Multiple Member Ordering
We’re excited to officially roll out our new ordering process for buying groups. This streamlined system makes it easier for individuals to track their orders while simplifying the overall ordering experience.
How It Works
Each member will have their own login and can place orders individually. However, all orders will be linked to your Buying Group account.
There is no minimum order value (MOV) for individual orders, but the total group order must meet the required MOV.
Important
Before submitting your order, you must make sure your group has agreed on a delivery date. Please include your name (not the buying group name) and the agreed delivery date in the ‘Your Reference’ box (it is very important that you do this). See example below:
Orders must be submitted by 5:00pm, two working days before your delivery (e.g. by 5:00pm on Tuesday for a Thursday delivery). Please note that late orders will not be processed.
It is the buying group admin’s responsibility to make sure that all members' orders are submitted before your deadline and contain the delivery date and name in the reference field.
Payment
A single invoice will be issued the evening before delivery, divided into sections, making it easier to work out what each member has ordered. Payments to Essential must be made in full by the administrator or chosen member of your buying group within 7 days of delivery.
